...And he Created them Male and Female

Manhood and Womanhood seem to be slipping away as of late. It is dangerous to lose sight of Man and Woman. Both are essential to humanity, both are very different but also should be valued, and never forgotten. Even as a child, I always knew that Moms were different than Dads. Recentley, I've actually been reflecting on how important Man and Woman are. This was done simply by 32 years of observation and the use of common sense.

When it comes to the Female, it was always obvious to me that they were more emotionally driven. They could always feel for the Child's needs. When giving instruction, they always brought things down to the kid's level so that the kid could understand what was being said to them. Their words had a nurturing effect on the mind of a child. The female has this natural gift inside of her. A baby spends 9 Months in the Mother's womb, so the Mother spends 9 Months feeling the Child's growth and experiencing what the baby needs. Even if a Women never has any Children, the nurturing nature of the Female is still present.

Most Child care positions are occupied by the Female. Nursing positions are also mostley filled by the Female. I don't believe that this is by coincidence. The natural God given desire for a Woman to tend to the needs of the Children and to the Physically ill is very special indeed.

Men are more Logical thinkers. I've noticed over time, that Dads tend to have a more direct approach with their Children. The Father has more of a tell it like it is attitude. This attitude is important because it creates a sense of urgency to get things done. In life, we will be given many things to accomplish, either by God or by people. Not delaying in accomplishing a task is something of importance to learn, and a Father helps with this a great deal.

I believe that a logical mind is better suited for leadership. Logic keeps one stable and immovable. This is important for decision making or calling the shots. When logic is used in addition with pure motives, this makes for a powerful leader within the home. Mom and Dad's giftings provide the Child with the proper training needed before the Child becomes an adult.
